TEHĀ Life is a private movement and rehabilitation practice founded by Donna Barton — Māori Pilates Master Teacher Trainer, movement educator, and bodywork practitioner.
Built on more than 24 years of experience, TEHĀ Life combines Pilates rehabilitation, myofascial release, mobility training, breathwork, and postural education into one integrated system focused on long-term movement health.
This is not commercial fitness. It is movement education designed to restore strength, alignment, mobility, and balance over time.
